About Our Agency
Our team has been working in tech and digital marketing for more than 10 years, both in corporate settings and as small business owners ourselves.
We got sick of the over-complicating that exists in the digital marketing world. It doesn’t take magic to understand how to improve your SEO ranking and optimize your social channels or align your content strategy and business goals.
Marketing Services Sized for Small Business

Meet the Founder
Jen Siomacco (they/she) has worked in technology, marketing, education, and publishing since graduating with an architecture degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. While working as a user experience (UX) designer and product manager in the corporate world, Jen traveled the world conducting user research and interviewing customers to ensure their company’s products and services were well designed, accessible, and a delight to use.
In 2015, Jen put their skills to work as one of the owners of Catalyst Wedding Co., a wedding publication focused on bringing more diverse representation to wedding media. In 2017, Jen gave a TEDx Talk on the importance of inclusivity in weddings and was awarded the Gilrboss Foundation Grant for their work with Catalyst.
After seeing both the corporate and entrepreneurial world, Jen started VVITCH Digital Agency in 2020 with the goal of demystifying the world of digital marketing for other small business owners who care about inclusivity. As a queer and chronically ill creative, they know marginalized business owners don’t always have access to the same resources as larger companies. That’s why Jen focuses on educating folks on how to organically market their businesses online with an accessible website and thoughtful social media content.
